Who Can Open an Account

A single account is allowed per person, and the limit extends to shared households and devices. If our checks uncover duplicate accounts, they are suspended until the matter is reviewed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these conditions.
Setting Up and Securing Your Account

Casino Play and Sports Betting
Confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or edited. You receive the odds displayed when you placed the bet, unless the price was an obvious error. Settlement follows the end of the event or the confirmation of a game round, and winnings go straight to your balance.

Promotions and Bonus Terms
Every welcome bonus and ongoing promotion carries its own terms, published before you opt in. Bonus funds and the winnings they generate normally have to be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
Using several accounts or betting purely to extract bonus value counts as misuse and cancels the promotion. We can amend or end an offer at any point, though bonuses already claimed in good faith are unaffected. Unused bonuses generally expire after 30 days, so check each offer’s terms before opting in.
Deposits and Withdrawals
You can deposit by debit card, e-wallet, bank transfer or cryptocurrency, usually from £10 to £15, and most deposits land instantly. Withdrawals take one to three days depending on the method. To prevent fraud, we pay out to the method you deposited with wherever possible.
Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum, shown in your account. Unusual transactions may be checked before funds are released, which can add a short delay. Throughout, your money is protected by the security measures our licence requires.
